Complete PR course run with franchise of London School of Public Relations, part of the David Game Media Group.
The course is in Czech language.

Conferences - PR Summit
PR Summit 2009 – 22nd October
First year of PR Summit focused on a share, which PR can take from the MARCOM pie. This topic was seen from the perspective of in-house PR specialists and representatives of PR agencies. They discussed role of this field in difficult times influenced by crisis and speakers shared their experience on which internal and external steps they took in their companies in relation to the crisis of trust in this sector. Other discussed topic was role of online communication, web relations and social networks, whose potential in the Czech republic is not fully used. Among the main qualifications for success in the field mentioned there belonged using the unused potentials, educating new PR professionals who understand the core of business and strategies, marketing and communication needs of clients. The keynote speaker was Lou Capozzi, current president of international organization ICCO and guru of PR field with more than 40 years of experience from the leading world PR agencies and in-house.
- PR Manager of the year award. The winner was Dana Dvořáková, Corporate Communication Director of Unipetrol Company.
PR Summit 2010 – 20th October
Second year of the PR Summit welcomed 200 representatives not only from PR agencies but also communication managers and marketing directors from various sectors of economy and public sphere. This trend signalizes interest in dialogue among PR experts from agencies and in-house world. Topic of the conference was „What is the PR´S value and how to prove it?“
- 2nd year of the PR Manager of the year. The winner was Martina Kemrová, Senior Manager of Corporate Communication and Press Spokesperson of T-Mobile Czech Republic.

Czech Award for Public Relations
Since 2006 APRA is organizing Czech Award for Public Relations. PR projects compete in 16 categories:
- Corporate Communications, Corporate responsibility and philantropy, B2B,B2C, Internal Communications
- Financial market, FMCG, Pharmacy, IT, Environment, Public sector, Cross-border projects, others
- Classic media, New media, Events
These Awards set the industry benchmark for excellent performance and give all of our members the chance to be recognised for their work. The Awards also provide an important tool for current and future practitioners to learn from each other while profiling the diverse and important work that our industry does. The awards also encourage continuous improvement in the practice of public relations.
